In most instances orders will be shipped within 2 working days of the order being placed. However, please allow 6 working days from the order date for all items to arrive. International orders will taker longer.

There are occasions where delivery may take longer. We will endevour to inform you if this is the case.

Postage and Packaging for Non-KJK Items

All non KJK items have free shipping and will be despatched seperately from KJK items. These items will be shipped by 2nd class recorded post.

Regretfully we are unable to ship non-KJK items outside of the UK.

There may be a surcharge for heavier orders to the highlands and islands; we will contact you prior to despatch if this is the case.

Returns Policy for KJK items

If you are not fully satisfied you may return your purchase for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange. The return shipping charges are not refundable and must by paid by the customer. You must return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt, and submit to the following guidelines:

The article must not be damaged in any way. The original receipt must accompany the goods A Return Authorisation(RA) must be obtained before sending the item or items back. Please do not send items back until the RA form has been obtained and completed. We advise that items should be returned by registered post or insured. Dog Lead Shop will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. To obtain a Return Authorisation Form please complete our contact form.

Returns Policy for non-KJK items

If the received item is faulty, please obtain a Return Authorisation(RA) before sending the item or items back. You must return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

If you want to return an item that is not faulty, you can do so as long as it is unopened (if sealed packaging), undamaged and in a resalable condition. You must complete and return a Return Authorisation (RA) within 3 days after arrival of the goods.

Please do not send items back until the RA form has been obtained and completed. We advise that items should be returned by registered post or insured. Dog Lead Shop will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. To obtain a Return Authorisation Form please complete our contact form. Instructions for returning items along with the address to ship them to will be provided once we receive and approve the RA form.

Guarantee

All our KJK leads carry a one year fair wear and tear guarantee. All non-KJK items carry a 12 month warranty.
