In most instances orders will be shipped within 2 working days of the order being placed.  However, please allow 6 working days from the order date for all items to arrive. International orders will taker longer.

There are occasions where delivery may take longer. We will endevour to inform you if this is the case.


Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied you may return your purchase for a full refund (less shipping) or exchange. The return shipping charges are not refundable and must by paid by the customer. You must return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, and submit to the following guidelines:

The article must not be damaged in any way. The original receipt must accompany the goods A Return Authorisation(RA) must be obtained before sending the item or items back. Please do not send items back until the RA form has been obtained and completed. We advise that items should be returned by registered post or insured. Dog Lead Shop will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. To obtain a Return Authorisation Form please complete our contact form.
